Any items returned should be in their original packing and have no sign of being used. If it does then the customer cannot get a full refund for that item. Plus a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the cost of the item purchased.
The shipping fee (with free shipping) will be deducted from the total amount of the order when the items are returned. The customer will pay for return shipping.
