Returns and Exchange 

• Yes we do accept Returns and Exchanges within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Any items returned should be in their original packing and have no sign of being used. If it does then the customer cannot get a full refund for that item. Plus a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the cost of the item purchased.

• The shipping fee (for items with free shipping) will be deducted from the total amount of the order when the items are returned. The customer will pay for return shipping. This applies to items that are not damaged or defective. For damaged and defective items you do not have to return them, we will ship you another item free. 

• Please check the item details or message us if you have any questions before purchasing to avoid inconvenience. We usually respond within an hour to all your messages.

• We accept exchange only for damaged items sent to you by mistake.

• The refund would be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item. Thank you.
