Informing all our US customers that all orders to the US will not be shipped from Canada on account of the exorbitant tariffs imposed by USA on all US imports.

As of August 29, 2025, the United States requires all packages entering the U.S. to have duties and tariffs prepaid. So all orders going to USA will be charged 25% + 25% (if the products are made in India)+ clearance and processing fees by the US customs authorities on the order total. This is something beyond our control. So all US customers have to pay the extra tariff before their order is shipped. Since the tariffs imposed exceed the cost of the item we have decided not to ship any orders to the US. Still, if our US customers are willing to pay the extra tariffs and clearance and brokerage fees then they may message us.

We offer free shipping promotions for Canada on orders for which some conditions apply.

FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE MESSAGE US BEFORE ORDERING FOR THE EXACT SHIPPING COST TO YOUR COUNTRY.

IF THE SHIPPING PAID TURNS OUT TO BE MORE THAN THE ACTUAL SHIPPING COST INCURRED THEN WE REFUND TO THE BUYER ANY SHIPPING OVERAGES.

FOR PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, IF THERE IS INSURANCE ON YOUR PACKAGE PLS FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY. OR MESSAGE US VIA ETSY.

IT IS MOST LIKELY THAT THERE COULD BE POTENTIAL SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS DUE TO NATIONAL HOLIDAYS, LONG WEEKENDS OR CHRISTMAS RUSH ETC AND THERE’S A CHANCE THAT YOUR PACKAGES MAY NOT ARRIVE AT THE ESTIMATED DATE. WE THEREFORE ADVISE YOU TO TAKE A SHIPPING UPGRADE FOR TRACKED SHIPPING SO YOU COULD HAVE AN UPDATE ABOUT YOUR PACKAGE IF IT IS DELAYED.

THOUGH WE TRY OUR BEST TO SHIP YOUR ORDERS ASAP, IT IS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED.

POSTAL DELAYS, ADDRESS ERRORS, SCAMS OR THEFT ARE PROBLEMS BEYOND MY CONTROL.

SHIPPING TIME: WE TRY OUR BEST TO SHIP ORDERS ON THE SAME DAY THEY ARE ORDERED, EXCEPT FOR THE WEEKEND OR NATIONAL HOLIDAYS WHEN THE POST OFFICE IS CLOSED. THIS MAY RESULT IN A LITTLE DELAY BUT IT IS NOT IN MY CONTROL.

DELIVERY NOTICE UPDATE
IF THE ITEM IS RETURNED TO ME BECAUSE OF AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, THEN YOU’LL HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE IT RESHIPPED. AND IF YOU LIVE IN AN AREA WHERE YOU HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE AND IT IS RETURNED TO ME BECAUSE IT COULD NOT BE DELIVERED, THEN YOU’LL HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE IT RESHIPPED.

REASON FOR RETURNS:
We accept returns for unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for valid reasons such as wrong size received, damaged or defective etc. Returns based on colour perception, softness preference, or change of mind are not accepted, as these are subjective and vary person to person. You are free to cancel your order before we have shipped it.

If the item returned looks used and has any unpleasant odours then the customer cannot get a full refund for that item. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the total amount paid for that item.

The shipping & handling fee (also applies to free shipping) will be deducted from the total amount of the order when the items are returned. The customer will pay for return shipping.

Please check the item details or message us if you have any questions before purchasing to avoid inconvenience. We usually respond within an hour to all your messages.

We accept exchange only for damaged items or wrong items sent to you by mistake.

PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL BY MESSAGE OR EMAIL.

The refund would be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item. Thank you. try our best to take the pictures of our scarves in broad daylight to show their natural colour. However it is important to know that sometimes the colours of the scarf pictures displayed on your computer/mobile screens maybe very slightly different from the actual products. In that case your return/ exchange is not accepted. We only pay for return shipping and send you the scarf/scarves free of cost if they happened to be damaged or lost.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES:
THE CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES, BROKERAGE FEES ETC THAT APPLY IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY ARE THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY.
